How do I reset my password?
Click "Log in" then "Forgot password" to receive a reset link via email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support@usevigil.org.
Is Vigil free to use?
We offer a free tier with limited queries. Premium plans provide unlimited access to all features including advanced AI analysis and ABA board prep materials.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Can I use Vigil for my institution?
Yes! We offer institutional plans for hospitals, residency programs, and medical schools. Contact partnerships@usevigil.org for details.
